Syrian Conflict is not new in the eyes of world, and violations of human rights and humanitarian law by Syrian government and other states can be seen every year, whether it is Russia or Israel or Itself Syria. There is not a proper mechanism in Syria for differentiation between a civilian and a terrorist. Inside Syria, Different People support different parties, but in the movement of rush, even those are targeted who are not part of any party or any movement, and they are the Syrian civilians who are just trying for living a normal life in Syria. From collapsed Infrastructure to the daily riots, children of Syria are mostly in distress. There are only few education opportunities available for the children of Syria. As they grow in the environment of gun sounds and violence it is always hard for them to understand the situation.

Every Year, Syrian Citizens are crossing borders for running from their bad reality for getting a peaceful life without fear of sudden death by a fighter of any state or even by their own state. There are numerous states which published their reports regarding the violation of human rights in Syria such as UNHCR. But there are no any major changes in the situation. Even the volunteers are targeted for aiding the people of Syria.

The objective of the study is to provide a comprehensive understanding about the Violations of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law by Syria Itself and also by Some other Countries such as Russia, Israel, and Iran through Intervention, with a view to Provide Awareness and Knowledge about the Situation.

The First Chaptert of study deals with part, which generally includes the Historical Background which describes about the Parties involved in the Syrian Civil War and the History of Armed Conflict of Syria.
The second chapter deals with the Violations of International Humanitarian Law in Syria which further includes the various international conventions and declarations which give brief idea about what is International Humanitarian Law and How it is Applicable to syria and through which laws states are bind to it. This Chapter Also Includes violation of human rights by various states in Syria in despite of having an international law as a protection For Civilians. It also consists Summary of UNHCR Report From 2014 to 2016 with Context to Syria.

The third chapter of this work is deals with The Legislation in Syria which helps in the Understanding of legislative laws in Syria and How they Have changed from time to time by the President Assad Al Basher for Gaining Political Power over the People from Amending the Constitution of Syria to Amendment of other Laws through Decrees. This Section Clearly States about the Civil Code and Criminal Code Present in the Syria. This Chapter Helps in Understanding the Laws Present in Syria with Context to Human Rights.
